This interactive training will define the term, “behavior” and discuss the four main motivators for behaviors. This training will engage participants to discover how to redirect and shape behavior while encouraging positive social and emotional skill-building in children. Global classroom strategies will be reviewed to encourage positive behavior in all children. Participants will leave this training with several strategies they can choose to implement immediately in their educational setting.
